We love the bunk beds.. wooden sliding door is better than concertina one. Ours came off the runner as one of the kids was too rough with it.

The make up of the bed at front is very uncomfortable for two, too many pieces to fit to make it comfortable. Husband has to sleep in the awning!

Reply from Elddis: Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you find the convertible front lounge uncomfortable. We've been told by testers that the Elddis sprung upholstery make some of the most comfortable beds in the caravan industry, but we understand that L-shaped lounges do not suit all. With this in mind, our all-new redesigned and improved 2012 Crusader range features a parallel lounge arrangement.

Still the best family van layout for a growing family. The kids have their own bedroom/playroom at the end of the caravan and you can close it off in the evening.

I wish they would put a proper sliding door to seperate the rear lounge and make the bathroom bigger - i.e. space around the toilet and a larger sink to wash in.

Also we use the shower all the time, so please could you not increase the hot water capacity or even add a state of the art electric one!!! A first for Elddis maybe...

My husband and I have just taken delivery of our new caravan - an Elddis Superstorm. We have been away a couple of weeekends to get used to it and its lovely. We have changed from a 32ft motorhome back to a caravan and I have no regrets.

Regarding the motormover in the other review - our spare wheel is still in the same place. Must have been your dealer that put the wrong one on?

My only question to Elddis is please can you supply or tell me where to get a hitch cover to fit. I have bought so many and none of them fit they are all to small.

Message from Elddis: Thank you for your feedback, Susan. You should be able to buy the correct hitchcover from any Elddis Retailer. Make sure you give them your 17-digit VIN number to ensure an exact match. If you call Karen in our Customer Care centre, she will investigate the hitchcovers you've experienced problems with.

We have just taken delivery of our Crusader Superstorm. All is well, but my only complaint is that when we fitted our motor mover our Retailer had to take spare wheel carrier off and we now have to carry the spare wheel in our caravan. I think if you are spending that amount of money they would fit the spare wheel somewere else - something I'm going to discuss with Elddis.
