Elddis Premier Retailer Sussex Caravans expands, launching a spectacular second South-East dealership

Elddis is delighted to announce the expansion of one of their key partners. After 20 successful years in the leisure vehicle industry, Sussex Caravan Centre is marking the start of a new decade with a second dealership on the border of East Sussex and Kent.

The new dealership - Sussex Caravan Centre (East) - is conveniently sited on the A264 between East Grinstead and Tunbridge Wells, with an acre of land in beautiful countryside. Sussex Caravan Centre (East) , as an Elddis Premier Retailer, will stock a wider range of Elddis touring caravans and a large selection of quality used tourers. This second dealership is located 40 miles from the original site, which continues to represent the Elddis Autoquest motorhome range.

Sussex Caravan Centre (East) is owned by Andy Parsons and Martin O'Neill, who have both been in the caravan industry for over 20 years. Martin has also co-owned the original Sussex Caravan Centre in Ashington, West Sussex for over 20 years.

Martin O'Neill tells us: "We are proud to have reached the stage that we are able to expand with a second dealership serving the South East. We are delighted to be offering the new Elddis touring caravan range and to have been awarded Premier Retailer status. We'll be working closely with Elddis to bring our Customers the very best choice and value. Having visited Elddis for product training and a tour of the manufacturing facility, our team is enthusiastic and confident of a successful first year for the new dealership.”

The Sussex Caravan Centre (East) team will be headed up by Andy Parsons, supported by Ian Burnal and Joe Langridge in Service and PDI respectively. Both Ian and Joe have relocated from the Ashington site. David Peters joins the Sales Department, new to the caravan industry, although he worked at this location for 4 years in its previous guise as an independent motor dealership.

The new dealership has approved servicing and workshop facilities, with plans to develop an on-site accessories shop later in the year.
