Position:

Customer & Retailer Care Administrator

 

Main Purpose of the job

Provide administrative support to the Customer and Retailer Care, and Product Services Departments

Responsibilities:

Using various database spreadsheets including filling in KPI’s

Entering PDI sheets and ordering parts as required

Process warranty claims received from our Retailer and Service Centre network by entering them onto the company’s

Avante computer system

Working as part of a team responsible for authorising rejecting or querying the hours and parts requested via warranty

claims

Inputting sales orders and warranty claims and sorting queries relating to this ie: delivery errors

Reception duties, dealing speedily and accurately with incoming telephone calls via the switchboard and greeting

visitors (cover as required)

Support to the Product Services Department, assisting in any administrative duties

Maintaining database records, for component and supplier information

Work within and provide cover for the team during periods of absence i.e. Training, Vendor visits, Meetings, Projects

etc.

Liaising with various departments within the company and providing admin support as required

Carrying out a wide variety of clerical duties, which will include dealing with incoming and outgoing post, faxes filing

and photocopying

5s and participation in continuous improvement

All other reasonable duties as required

Qualifications:           

G.C.S.E. (or equivalent) in English, Maths and Business Administration NVQ (Level 2)

Knowledge and Experience:

Previous Administration experience desirable but not essential

Attributes:

Normal Hours of work: 

Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 17.15pm

Friday 8.30am - 12.30pm

35 Hours per week, the post holder would be required to work the hours necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role.
